About Bethanie Nice, FNP

Bethanie is a devout Catholic, dedicated wife, and mother of three who excels as a certified family nurse practitioner. She is deeply committed to restoring women’s health and optimizing hormones across their lifespans. Her educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Nursing from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Indiana State University, complemented by her completion of the Adapt Functional Practitioner Program at the Kresser Institute.

Since 2014, Bethanie has specialized in providing gynecological and obstetrical care to women of all ages. Her interest in women’s health was sparked at a young age, leading her to her first professional role as a registered nurse in a labor and delivery unit. It was there that she cultivated a profound appreciation for the miracle of life—from conception to delivery—recognizing it as one of the most beautiful gifts of creation.

In her practice within the conventional healthcare system, Bethanie often felt conflicted about the prevalent approach of suppressing natural biological rhythms through prescriptions like birth control. Believing strongly in nurturing rather than inhibiting these rhythms, she shifted her focus to educating women about fertility awareness and managing menstrual issues with nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Around 2020, Bethanie faced personal health challenges due to chronic stress, which significantly impacted her hormonal balance. This experience led her to a deep introspection and spiritual renewal through the grace of the Holy Spirit. She embraced her true identity, realizing it was not something to be earned but a gift freely given. This insight transformed her vision for health restoration, which she likens to planting new roots in healthy soil to allow a tree to grow, bearing fruit and providing shade and joy to its surroundings.

Today, Bethanie is passionate about walking alongside women seeking to restore their health with the support of Christ, the Divine Physician. Her functional and holistic approach addresses a range of conditions including menstrual cycle irregularities, infertility, PCOS, endometriosis, and supports women through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause, guiding them towards reclaiming their health and well-being.
